Roni Zonneveld

Passed away peacefully at Rockwood Terrace, Durham on Wednesday, March 4th, 2015. Veronica "Roni" Kathleen Teresa Zonneveld (nee Doyle), of Durham, in her 95th year. Predeceased by her parents Edward Tommas and Lavina Doyle, her first husband Harry Self and her second husband Arnold Zonneveld. Survived by her step-children Martin Zonneveld, Corrie Klein and Bert Zonneveld. Roni will be sadly missed by her many close friends and especially her friends from the "Friends of St. Peter's Theatre Group". Roni was gifted with many talents. She was a poet, a writer, a director and an artist. Roni loved animals, in particular dogs and horses. She lived life to the fullest and those who knew and loved her were truly blessed. Roni will always be loved and remembered by many.

A mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Peter's Catholic Church, Durham on Saturday morning at 11 o'clock. Spring interment at St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery.
