Helen Miske

Passed away at Caressant Care Nursing Home, Arthur on Monday, June 15th, 2015. Helen Elizabeth Miske (nee Atkinson), formerly of Durham, in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late Harold Miske. Loving mother of Gail and her husband John Miles of Holland Centre, Elaine Miske and her husband Donald Alp of Eugenia, and Kevin Miske and his wife Penni of Durham. Cherished grandmother of Janet (Al) Lopez, Phillip Miles, Melanie (Trevor) Faust, Jeremy Miske Alp, Don Alp, Leann Alp, Allisha Miske and Jesse Miske. Great-grandmother of 8. Dear sister of Jean Hooey of Durham and dear sister-in-law of Evelyn Mitchell of Williamsford. Predeceased by her siblings Eunice Bluhm, Charles Atkinson, Mary Duggan, Florence Miske, Harold Atkinson and Don Atkinson.

A celebration of Helen's life will be held at St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church, 142 Gordon Street, Williamsford on Friday morning at 11:30 a.m. Interment at St. James Lutheran Cemetery.

As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church would be appreciated by the family.
