Ruth Fletcher

Ruth Dinah Fletcher (nee Sleeth) passed away at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Durham on Thursday, December 22nd, 2016 in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late Ron Fletcher. Loving mother of R.J. Buonaspetta-Fletcher (Sara) of Durham and Ondrea Fletcher (Steve Cacciotti) of Newmarket. Cherished grandmother of Diana, Tristan, Hope and Hannah. Dear sister of Joyce Rostance (Gord) and Laura May Cook (Rob). Ruth started her career in the 50's as a gospel singer on CKVR and she was an active member of the arts community in the GTA, Newmarket and Hanover areas. She was a Reiki master and was also a mentor in Connecting Rainbows cancer support group.

Cremation has taken place.

As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Breast Cancer Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
