Death Notice of Cullen Pat
Passed away at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Durham on Saturday, January 16th, 2009. Patrick Cullen, of Durham and formerly of Guelph, in his 71st year. He leaves behind his loving wife Lynn Walsom, his cherished only daughter Peggy Watt and son-in-law Jason, his adoring grandchildren Alicia and Simon, sisters, Evelyn, Barbara, Patricia and brothers, Henry and James. Lovingly missed by Leslie and Doug Saunders, Angela and Wayne Stere and family, Heather and Bob Lyons and family, Doug and Jennifer Walsom and family and his many close friends.
Pat was a farrier and teacher who established "The Canadian School of Horseshoeing". He will be remembered for his commitment to the equine industry through his school, the Ontario Farrier's Association and the Ontario Veterinary College - Large Animal Clinic at the University of Guelph.

Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at the McCulloch-Watson Funeral Home, 166 Bruce Street North, Durham (519)369-3837, on Saturday, January 23rd at 1 p.m.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the North Wellington Cancer Clinic at Louise Marshall Hospital (Mount Forest), the Ontario Farrier's Association or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
