Lena Elvidge

It is with great sadness, that the family announces the passing of Lena Elvidge, at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Durham on Thursday, March 11th, 2010. The former Lena Lawlor Bell, of Durham, in her 98th year. Beloved wife of the late C.M. (Jaffy) Elvidge. Loving mother of Clifton and his wife Marlaine, the late Clive and his wife Liz, Vanda and her husband Doug Harris, and Conrad and his wife Eileen, all of Durham. Devoted and proud grandmother of 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her sisters: Mae Dwyer and Edna Huber and her brother James Bell.

A Celebration of Lena's life will be held at the Trinity Anglican Church, Durham on Monday morning at 11 o'clock. Spring interment at Trinity Anglican Cemetery.

As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to Trinity Anglican Church would be appreciated by the family.
