Joseph (Joey) Hammer

Passed away suddenly at the Grand River Hospital, Kitchener on Monday, April 5th, 2010. Joseph "Joey" William Hammer, of Kitchener, in his 39th year.

Beloved son of Rosemarie Henning and stepson of the late Manfred Henning. Son of Wayne Hammer. Cherished brother of Brandon Hammer, Robert Hammer, Christopher Hammer and Robert Grass. Beloved grandson of Elsie Jarvis. Father of Jesse and Kenny. Fondly remembered by his nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will held at the McCulloch-Watson Funeral Home, 166 Bruce Street North, Durham on Saturday, April 17th at 11 a.m. Interment of cremated remains at Durham Cemetery.

As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
