Ron Stewart

Ronald Douglas Stewart, of Durham and formerly of Toronto and Glasgow, Scotland, passed away on Friday, February 6th, 2026 in his 76th year. Beloved husband of Elaine Brown. Dear brother of Jim Stewart. Brother-in-law of Darlene and the late Harry Kennedy. 

Ron was an avid runner and enjoyed running in many marathons. He was a professional painter in Toronto and later in Durham. He thoroughly enjoyed exploring Durham and area. 

Cremation will take place. Arrangements entrusted to the McCulloch-Watson Funeral Home, Durham.
