Jack McGowan

William John “Jack” McGowan, of Durham, passed away at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Chesley on Sunday, March 15th, 2026 in his 93rd year. Beloved husband of Phyllis (nee Purkis). Loving father of Debbie McGowan, Bill McGowan and his wife Maxine, and Dawn Clarke and her partner John Nicholson. Dear grandfather of Randy Hutchinson, and Amanda and her husband Stephen Johnson. Predeceased by his sister Betty and her late husband Jack Arnold. 

Cremation will take place. A memorial gathering will be held at a later date. 

As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
