Rich Hooyenga

Richard Todd Hooyenga, of Durham, passed away on Thursday, March 26th, 2026 in his 55th year. Proud father of Matthew and Bryer Hooyenga. Dear son of Bert and Lesley Hooyenga; brother of Jeff Hooyenga and his partner Mary; and uncle of Jakob, Corey, and Jordan. 

Cremation has taken place. A come and go celebration of Rich’s life will be held at the Durham Legion, 271 Bruce Street North, Durham on Friday, April 10th from 5 – 7 p.m.
