Alex Patterson

David Alexander Patterson, of Walkerton, passed away at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Walkerton on Sunday, April 26th, 2026 in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of Chris (nee Smith). Loving father of Lesia and her husband Peter Richter. Cherished grandfather of Wade Patterson, Emily and Jeff Pries, Laura Doman and Kye Vermeulen, Alex McCracken and Holly Jasvins, and Orianna Farr and Braedon MacLachlan. Great-grandfather of Lainey and Luna Pries. Dear brother of Mary Ellen Mighton, Margaret and Mike MacMillan, Janette McIntosh, and Kit Patterson and Murrey Baker. Fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his daughter Joanne Patterson, his parents Bill and Emily Patterson, his brother Lewie Patterson, and his brothers-in-law Gary Mighton, and Norm McIntosh. 

Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Interment of cremated remains at the Durham Cemetery.
