Graham Hastie

Passed away surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, August 19th, 2010 at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Durham. Graham Alexander Hastie, of Durham, in his 74th year. Beloved husband for 51 years of Darlene (Lunn). Loving father of Scott Hastie and his wife Brenda. Cherished grandfather of Riley and Alex Hastie. Dear brother of Joy Murphy, Isabel Atkinson and Shirley Ferrier. Graham is fondly remembered by his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and his many good friends. Predeceased by his brother Bill Hastie. Graham owned and operated Hastie's Tobacco Shop and Billiards for 46 years.

A celebration of Graham's life will be held at the Durham Presbyterian Church on Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock, with visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment at Durham Cemetery.

As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society, the Parkinson's Foundation or the DCHCF - Durham Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
