Died at Trillium Health Centre, Mississauga on Sunday, May 27, 2012.
Born on October 20, 1937 in Pontiac, Michigan, Kathleen was the beloved daughter of Gertrude and Russell Baird (Deceased).
Kathleen was a kind and gentle soul with a deep and resonate faith. She was a shining example to all as someone who lived her life "Doing unto others as they would have others do unto them".
She is greatly missed by her sister Mary Carol and brother-in-law Sandy Steele, as well as her nieces and nephews and their families. Aunt Kathy to Jayne-Ann Steele and her husband Sam Goodwin and their children Alec and Jack, and Aunt Kathy to Scot Steele and his wife Barbara and their children Jake, Nick and Annie. In Port Coquitlam, B.C. her brother Jim Baird (Deceased) and her sister-in-law Maya and their children Cathy and her husband Greg Andrews (Rachael, Alex, Stuart, and Brian) of Maple Ridge, Christina Doyle of Quebec, and Linnea and her husband Thomas Selins (Lucas) of Port Coquitlam.

Kathleen's life will be celebrated Monday, June 4th in Durham, Grey County, Ontario with visitation from 11AM - 12:45PM at the McCulloch-Watson Funeral Home, 166 Bruce Street North, Durham followed by a graveside service at the Durham Cemetery.
