Death Notice of Henk Koeslag
Passed away at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Durham on Monday, April 27th, 2015. Hendrik "Henk" Koeslag, of RR#4 Durham, in his 89th year. Beloved husband of Jean (nee MacArthur). Dear father of Catherine and her husband Klaus Buick, Douglas Koeslag, Dorothy Koeslag, Bertha Benninger and Bonnie and her husband Ben Cameron. Fondly remembered by his grandchildren: Ryan Buick, Laurie Buick, Scott Koeslag, Chris Koeslag, Cara Benninger, Kaitlyn Benninger, Aaron Benninger, Heather Eccles, Thomas Cameron, Christine Clark and 11 great-grandchildren. Survived by his brother Herman Koeslag and his wife Joanne, Gerda and her husband Fred Grierson, Rickie Grierson, Marie and her husband Klaas Inthof and Mineke and her husband Bill Spencer. Predeceased by his son-in-law Francis Benninger, his grandson Ian Cameron, 5 brothers and 2 sisters.
A celebration of Henk's life will be held at the Funeral Home on Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Saugeen Valley Conservation Foundation, Sisters of Life or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
