Passed away at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Durham on Monday, August 31st, 2015. Norah Elizabeth Braithwaite (nee Kearney), of Durham, in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late Bob Braithwaite. Family was a very important part of Norah's life and she will be missed dearly by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was the loving mother of Butch Braithwaite and his wife Allene of Durham and Bill Braithwaite and his friend Marilyn Rawson of London. A cherished grandmother of Andrew (Sara) and Andrea (Trong Chung). Great-grandmother of Lauren, Gavin, Kayden and Kieran. Sister-in-law of May Watson and Helen Braithwaite. Predeceased by her brother Ross Kearney and her sister-in-law Mary Lou Kearney. Norah played the piano for many years in the "Starduster" band.

A celebration of Norah's life will be held at the Funeral Home on Thursday morning at 11 o'clock. Interment at Durham Cemetery.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Durham and Community Health Care Foundation, the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
