Passed away at the Hanover Care Centre on Sunday, February 21st, 2016. Nadine Marie Saunders (nee Schlegel), of Durham, in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late Donald Saunders. Loving mother of Tom Saunders and his wife Mari-Clare of Durham, Mary Lou and her husband Dean Neuman of Durham, Donna King of Owen Sound, and Robert Saunders and his wife Norma of Cambridge. Cherished grandmother of Donald (Shannon) Saunders, Jill (Jeff) MacMillan, Lee Neuman, Ashley Neuman, Justin (Jenny) King, Darren (Sarina) King and Jarrett Saunders. Great-grandmother of Alyssa, Hailey, Cameron and Peyton. Predeceased by her sister Marg Campbell. Nadine was an active member of the Durham community with her business, Saunder's Mens Wear, as well as playing cards and being a member of the Horticultural Society and the Red Hat Society.

A celebration of Nadine's life will be held at the Funeral Home on Wednesday afternoon at 1 o'clock. Spring interment at Durham Cemetery.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Durham and Community Health Care Foundation or the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
