Death Notice of Fred Noble

Frederick Glenn Noble, of Durham, passed away at Rockwood Terrace, Durham on Friday, January 20th, 2017 in his 92nd year. Loving father of Sandra Noble and Al of Burlington and Karl Noble of Durham. Cherished grandfather of Luke, Spencer and Austin. Dear brother of Mervin Noble of B.C. Fred will be fondly remembered by his wonderful nieces, nephews and extended family. Predeceased by his son Kurtis Noble, his daughter Kitty Noble, his parents Adrian and Mary (Keller) Noble, his sisters Doris Wilson and Sharon Atchison and his brothers Ray and Lloyd Noble. Fred was a boil maker and worked at Horton Steel for 45 years and then retired to his farm north of Durham. Fred enjoyed going to local dances and being a part of small town Ontario. The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to the staff at South Bruce Grey Health Centre - Durham and Rockwood Terrace for the care that was provided to Fred.

A celebration of Fred's life will be held at the McCulloch-Watson Funeral Home, Durham on Monday, January 23rd at 11 o'clock, with visitation prior to the service from 10 - 10:45 a.m. Spring interment at Durham Cemetery.

As an expression of sympathy, "do a good deed for someone" as per Fred's wishes.
