Joan Fennell

Joan Louise Fennell (nee Roseborough), of Durham, passed away peacefully with family by her side at Chapman House, Owen Sound on Sunday, July 28th, 2019 in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late Bill Fennell. Loving mother of Tom Fennell of Toronto, Pamela and her husband Randy Styles of Oshawa, Julie Fennell of Durham, and Stephen Fennell and his wife Kristen of Barrie. Fondly remembered by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-niece and great-nephews. Dear sister of Angus Roseborough and his wife Lynda. Predeceased by her sister Jean Roseborough and by her daughter-in-law Dianne. Joan enjoyed gardening, listening to music and she had a passion for animals. She worked with students with special needs as an Educational Assistant for over 20 years with the local school board.

Cremation has taken place. A private graveside service will be held at the Durham Cemetery.
