It is with great sadness the family of Peter Marx, Sr. announces his passing on March 8, 2021 at Rockwood Terrace, Durham, Ontario at the age of 82.
Beloved husband of the late Ruth (Stewart) Marx. Loving father of Lori (Carl) Heuser, Susan (Glen) Irwin, and Peter Jr. (Carolyn) Marx.
Cherished Grandfather of Lucas Heuser (Brittany), Jordan Heuser (Ally), Christopher (Marla) Irwin, Robert (Meaghan) Irwin, Lindsay Irwin, Josh Marx (Jordan), and Brooklyn Marx. Great Grandfather of Sawyer, Jack, Blakely, & Sadie.
Peter was born in Romania to his late parents Mathias and Elisabeth Marx, and dear brother to the late Maria (Robert) Barron of Connecticut. Survived by his sister Helen (Ernst) Glashutter of Victoria, BC.
Peter was a long-time employee of Durham Furniture, and was no stranger to the Durham Community.
