Death Notice of Doug Taylor

Douglas Gordon Taylor, of Southampton and formerly of Durham, passed away at the Hanover and District Hospital on Friday, March 18th, 2022 in his 68th year. Cherished brother of Susan and her husband Dave Campbell, and Cathy and her husband Don Lantz. Dear uncle of Wendy Wegmann and her husband Mark, Ryan Campbell and his wife Elisha, Justin Campbell and his fiancée Stephanie Churchill, Tyler Lantz and his wife Heidi, Brady Lantz and his wife Shannon, and Jenna Linley and her husband John. Great-uncle of William and Myles Wegmann, Desmond, Eleanor and Madeline Campbell, Emerson and Cooper Lantz, Carter and Ryleigh Lantz, and Jude and Beau Linley. Predeceased by his parents Ross and Joyce Taylor, and his brothers Peter and Bill.

A come and go celebration of Doug's life will be held at Ground Effects, 341411 Concession Road 2 NDR on Sunday, April 10th, 2022 from 1 - 3 p.m., with memories being shared at 2 p.m. (masks are recommended). Interment of cremated remains at Durham Cemetery.

As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to Durham Hospital Foundation, Saugeen Valley Conservation Authority, or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
