Elmer Szabo

Passed away at the Hanover and District Hospital on Friday, September 25th, 2009. Elmer Szabo, of Durham and formerly of Brantford, in his 89th year. Beloved husband of Olga (Hango). Loving father of Richard Szabo and his wife Alice Anne of Waterford, Kenneth Szabo and his wife Patricia of Kincardine, and Suzanne and Wayne Koehmstedt of Mildmay. Fondly remembered by his 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Survived by his sisters, Thelma (Harold) Duxbury and Ann Rowbothom. Predeceased by his grandson, Richard Szabo, and by his brother John Szabo.

Celebration of Elmer's Life will be held at the Funeral Home on Monday morning at 11 o'clock. A graveside service will be held at Mount Hope Cemetery, Brantford on Tuesday afternoon at 1 o'clock.
