Death Notice of Ninoslava "Nina" Jagaric

It is with a heavy heart that we regret to inform you that our dear Nina has passed away. A kind, generous, loving soul, she loved to help wherever she could. She loved to teach and was a professor at Centennial College for the last 36 years where she touched so many students' and colleagues' lives. And she loved her tech and gadgets… she was so excited when one of her recent Christmas presents was a dual monitor arm mount. And she had enjoyed rising to the challenge of teaching online.

But sadly her time on this Earth couldn't be infinite and on Tuesday October 25th, Nina was admitted to North York General for a stroke and a heart attack. When we visited the following day she was in good spirits and spoke of future plans. But unfortunately the next couple of days the effects of the stroke slurred her speech and immoblized her left side. On Saturday, October 29, 2022, Nina was taken to ICU after suffering a heart attack and she passed away that afternoon in her 74th year.

Beloved wife of the late Zeljko Jagaric. Loving and dedicated mother of Vlado and Ida Jagaric, as well as Ida's partner Ian Mah.

A mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Peter's Catholic Church, 313618 Highway 6, Durham on Friday, November 18th at 1 p.m. Interment at St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery, Durham. Arrangements entrusted to the McCulloch-Watson Funeral Home.
