Of Markdale and formerly of Acton, passed away at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Durham on Wednesday, November 4th, 2009. Beloved wife of Robert Zmija. Loving mother of Marlene and her husband Clive Cresswell, Doreen and her husband David Fleet, Tony and his life partner Jeanette, Adrian and his wife Sharon, Robert, and Renata and her husband Bradley MacPherson. Fondly remembered by her 13 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her daughter-in-law Diane; her 3 sisters and her 2 brothers.

Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Betty's Life will be at a later date in the Halton Hills area.
